I love to clean, make collages, and shop too :)Hannahnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1444417665970662259.post-22271231765924127882011-06-05T09:43:51.535-04:002011-06-05T09:43:51.535-04:00oh you are SO not alone! I feel COMPELLED to go for a stroll or if someone else goes to the gym I feel like I have to go or even want to go. Everything you talked about is exactly how I feel as well.
I don't work and right now I'm on summer break. I feel like I have to workout in order feel "accomplished"
I also know that sense of punishment. I feel it as well. I feel like I have to suffer with my emotions and I'm not allowed to be happy or not allowed to just be lazy at home all day.
What I try to do on my "rest" days is plan doctors appointments, clean, make collages, shop. I do something to take my mind off of the fact that I really do need a rest. Blogging has been helping as well :)
If you're ever in need of support email me or leave me a comment!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
